On behalf of my client, a fast growing tech company based in The Hague, I am looking for someone who wants to work as an Junior Implementation Consultant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business and IT. You do not need to be an expert yet. If you are curious, eager to learn and interested in technology, they will teach you everything you need to know.

De functie:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the link between the customer and the technical teams, ensuring that new customers are successfully onboarded and that the platform is configured correctly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding new customers through the implementation process.
• Configuring and setting up the platform.
• Answering customers' technical questions.
• Testing the software and making sure everything works as expected.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Working closely with colleagues from Development, Support and Product Management.
• Continuously expanding your technical knowledge through training and hands on experience.

Gevraagd profiel:

• Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• At least a vocational (MBO+) or bachelor's level of working
• Based in or around The Hague  this is a requirement, not a preference
• EU resident with valid right to work within the European Union, no visa sponsorship available
• Experience in technical support, implementation or an IT helpdesk role (IT-minded).
• An interest in IT and software.
• Experience with APIs or technical integrations is not required. If you are motivated to learn, they will teach you.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Salary up to approximately €3,100 gross per month, based on a 40 hour work week.
• Start with 28 or 32 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours if you wish.
