They now serve top companies from different industries worldwide with their solutions. Currently, just over 40 people work within the organization, 20 of which are in the R&D department. She is expected to employ 20 people this year. They have a very nice office near Eindhoven where men develop very cool products. At the moment they can use an extra medior in their embedded department.

Job description:

You may continue to work on the development of their products, in which the high-quality data glove is central. With this glove, advanced technology can ensure that in VR you can perform actions with your hands by following your hands in real time. With an unlimited number of possibilities, the VR glove offers a key solution for training simulations, VR arcades and motion capture. You can help in the development of tailor-made VR business solutions, because the customers of this organization all have different wishes and projects for which the glove is used. For these projects, the glove software must be custom developed, and this is where your knowledge comes in handy.

 

Requirements:

– A completed Bachelor or WO course on Embedded Systems;
– At least 2 years of work experience in embedded environments;
– You have experience with C / C ++ development in Linux.
– You have experience with built-in server integration;
– You have experience with Git or other version control systems;

Terms of employment:

It is important that you recognize yourself in the following checklist:
Azure Cloud, test automation and orchestration;
Preparation of test scripts and performing functional, integration and regression tests;
Facilitating user acceptance tests and coaching end users in terms of testing;
Vulnerability Management security principles; 
Familiar with Clean Architecture and Microservice;
Demonstrated ability to follow development best practices for high quality software (CI tools: Jenkins, etc.);
Working knowledge of migrations to Azure environment and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (both systems and data);
Agile Scrum and DevOps mindset and experience.

A service orientation attitude, ability to collaborate with people and teams, good communicative skillset (including listening to others), ability to develop and maintain good working relationships, agility and problem solving skills are clearly essential for the position of Security Test Engineer.
Communication with other IT teams and business users is essential part of your job in order to collect requirements for your test approach and get feedback on test results. You are good in organizing your own work but also able to coordinate and supervise test activities amongst global users.

For my client, a software company in Apeldoorn, I'm currently seeking for a test automation engineer who has experience with building and implementing a test automation framework. The company helps other organizations with their IT-challenges and is currently growing rapidly. They are even expanding their business outside of The Netherlands which means that extra testing capacity is necessary.

Currently the team consists of 150 ambitious people who work together in a modern and spacious office. The company has a informal culture with plenty of room for fun and personal growth. At the moment, many members of the development team work from home and also in the future there will be enough flexibility to work partially remote.

This job requires you to live in The Netherlands and to have previous experience working for a Dutch company.

Job description:

As a test automation engineer you will help the company with its goal to implement test automation. At the moment there are three other software testers within the team but none of them has the right experience to build a framework from scratch; therefore this will be your responsibility. As a team you will be optimizing the quality of the webapplications, mobile applications and softwareproducts the company produces. Besides test automation, this means you will also be setting up and executing end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests.

Currently the development team has made a small start with setting up test automation with the use of Cypress. (The software engineers developer with .NET). However, as a test automation expert you will have the power to advise them and even use other frameworks if necessary. It's a role with both responsibility and freedom.

Requirements:

– You have a Bachelor / Master (preferably in the field of IT)
– You have at least 3 years experience as a test (automation) engineer
– You have experience working in an Agile team
– Preferably you can write your own code
– You currently live in the Netherlands
– You already have experience working in The Netherlands
